If you are looking for someone who understands your needs and is willing to accommodate, look no further! Whether it be exploring creatively in sessions, playing a game while we talk, or providing a space where you can be your unfiltered and authentic self, I am here to support you and guide you during this journey.
I am a licensed therapist in the state of Florida with experience working with complex trauma, military trauma, chronic and critical illness, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, and reproductive trauma. I am sex and kink positive as well as gender affirming and LGBTQIA+ friendly. I truly believe that each person’s struggles are unique and feeling seen and heard are critical in building a therapeutic relationship. My focus revolves around getting a better understanding of the “why” behind the feelings you experience and tackling that creatively and head on.
I received my bachelor’s degree as well as a master’s degree in communication from Southern Utah University and a master’s degree in social work from Arizona State University. I am trained in EMDR, ACT, and am IFS informed. This just means I am here to utilize evidence based, non-standard approaches in helping you.
In my spare time I like to play video games, hike, and explore all things Disney.

Tiffany Leader, LCSW-QS is the CEO and visionary behind See the Wonder, LLC—a multifaceted business dedicated to helping high-achieving individuals, fellow therapists, and organizations recover from burnout, navigate life transitions, and create more soul-nourishing ways of living and working.
Her journey began with her own experience of burnout, which inspired her to create a platform for healing, mentorship, and professional growth. With over 15 years in the social work and mental health field, Tiffany brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by helping professionals, business owners, and high performers.
Tiffany’s work extends beyond traditional therapy. She is:
A therapist for other therapists—providing a safe, judgment-free space for those in the helping professions to process their own emotions, restore balance, and reconnect with their passion for the work.
A consultant for therapist business owners—helping clinicians create thriving, sustainable practices without sacrificing their well-being.
A qualified supervisor for MSWs on the path to licensure—offering supportive, growth-focused supervision grounded in both clinical expertise and real-world practice-building insight.
In addition to her individual and group work, Tiffany offers corporate and organizational trainings on burnout prevention, compassion fatigue, and workplace well-being, equipping leaders and teams with tools to create healthier, more supportive work cultures.
Her therapeutic approach is eclectic and deeply personalized, drawing from EMDR, IFS-informed therapy, experiential techniques, Biblical counseling, and her specialized knowledge in burnout recovery. She works with high-achieving women, therapists, social workers, entrepreneurs, corporate professionals, educators, stay-at-home parents, and others who feel the weight of constant responsibility.
While Tiffany is serious about doing the deep, transformative work, she believes laughter is a powerful part of healing—and often brings a sense of lightness into the process.
Outside the therapy room, Tiffany and her husband travel as often as possible in their beloved RV, “Emgee,” embracing a nomadic lifestyle and finding wonder in each new horizon.
